I witnessed Brenda L being condescending, rude, and sarcastic to numerous guests while standing in line. She should not be allowed to serve guests at this establishment. Worst customer service at a Chick-Fil-A location ever.
If I could give a zero I would. My husband waited in line for over 15 mins for a shake and got to the register at 945pm (they close at 10pm). They proceeded to tell him they closed the shakes for the night after they served a shake to the guest right before him. If you close at 945 close at 945 otherwise close at the time stated. lol absolutely ridiculous. My job ends at 5pm guess what time we stop giving service…..5pm. Lol what a joke.
Just had to give a shout-out to above and beyond service of these guys — Brenda and the whole crew were being very friendly and fast with the large crowd. And obviously Chick-fil-A food is delicious on top of that!
The employee with the mask on was really rude and they lost my order, waited 18 minutes to get my small order and watched as many people got their orders before me. They acted like it was my fault. Almost left because it took so long and needed to board my flight. Should not be in customer service if you don’t know how to serve customers coming from someone who works in the same thing 🙂 Also the only chic fil a I’ve been to where they asked to tip?
When the cashier asked to take my order, she turned and started talking to another employee and never made eye contact. So I waited patiently and placed the order and pulled out my card to pay, until I saw the tip option. I don’t believe in tipping cashiers when they’re already getting paid. After she dumped my change in my hand, I heard my name being called and answered, only to see my order being given to someone else. I have no doubt it was intentional and probably something they do when someone doesn’t tip. About eight or 10 customers later, I held up my receipt to the girl handing out orders she grabbed it out of my hand and went over to find out what happened. A few minutes later she handed me my order but it was pretty clear my lost order was due to the fact that I did not tip. The food was fine, kind of hard to screw up Chick-fil-A Quality, but my only recommendation would be to tip them unless you want to deal with the same process. Sarcastic hostility is how I would describe the experience.
First of all they were out of ice which is pretty lame for a chick fila at a major airportSecondly, the kiosk had tipping option which is very dumb. This is a fast food restaurant! Why would you even have that there?????Thirdly the fries tasted stale and not very good and the roll for the sandwich was old or something it didn't taste fresh. Last but not the least, I was racially stereotyped by the employee...
This location deserves 5 stars JUST because of its efficiency. All that I care about at the airport in terms of food - is that I can get it quick.Even though there was a big line, the staff was able to process ~10 customers per minute. I had my biscuit after 5min ready to eat. This is unbeatable in ATL.
Speedy service. Not seen such speed anywhere in any fast food. Literally 3 customers served per minute is what I experienced. Quality and taste as always the best from chic-fil-a.
I was impressed at the speed the line went in. It’s pretty long in a busy airport. The order was accurate and tasteful. Kudos to the employees keeping the line moving
Extremely busy all day long, but the line moves quickly. Menu is simple, 5 meals are available. I think this simplicity is what allows them to be so blazing fast in filling orders. I received my food before I had even and had my drink.
