I went sometime between 11-11:30. An early lunch. If people go during busy times, they are going to have to understand the place is going to be busy. I obviously cannot speak to others as far as what type of service and food quality they received, but I was absolutely satisfied. I had phenomenal service and the good tasted excellent. I was checked on a few times during my meal. It was the type of service and good quality I have experienced at every Chick-fil-A that I have been too. I probably would try to avoid during the busier times (though my food came out fast. It might be easier sometimes to get it inside), but I will be back. I am glad we finally have one in our area and I have nothing but positive things to say after my first visit.
I'm somewhat speechless.... I ordered some breakfast "sliders" and ahhhhh...... basically it was two chicken nuggets cut in half on four tiny biscuits.... tasted great but was a punch to the mentals when I saw these tiny sandwiches... sat in line for about 15 minutes ... but on average thats not bad... worth the wait usually
The prices were quite high and the wait was immense. The food was good but in my opinion, not worth it. I'd go again if it wasn't a 20 minute wait for your food.
This was my first time visiting this2 location 🙁 I was very disappointed. My food did not look appealing.... what I ordered looked real sad....the top breads were stuck to the box top lid... and the hash browns the same. Then there's the wait time after we paid.... 7 minutes later the staff person passed us up to deliver to cars behind us 🙁.......3 more minutes we were able to move our car up but we waited🙁.... 4 more minutes until we go our order🙁......Probably won't ever return to this location. 🙁 When I visit any Chick-fil-A outside of Michigan.....the restaurants way better never had these issues.🙁
12/9/23 Update: Gave chick fil an another chance for breakfast today. Paid for a spicy chicken biscuit with egg and didn’t get an egg. Also the top biscuit was cracking and unable to be held together just from opening the foil. Do better. You cannot keep expecting your customers to keep spending their money when we’re not receiving what we order and at good quality.After an issue with chick fil a not finding my mobile order, I was disappointed to get home and find that the mini biscuits weren’t cooked through. Almost $20 for one chicken mini meal and I still have to cook it when I get home.
So there are two drive thru lines, and for how many people were in line, it went very smoothly and quickly! My order was correct, it was delicious, and we experienced great customer service! Keep up the good job guys, we will be back!!P.S. my chicken sandwich was perfect! It was thick and juicy!! My bf thought the chicken was just going to be boring chicken, but when he took a few bites of his chicken tenders he said "this is good, I'm not going to lie" so see, it is worth the little wait in line, or you can go in too! The Chick-fil-a sauce is really good, and their BBQ. A must try though, is their Mac n cheese!
