Usually, it's great food, but the waffle fries were limp and not fresh this time. The service in the drive-through line was also a lot slower than normal today.
The food was good and the service was good as well. For some reason, the parking lot was blocked off from Robert C. Daniel and you have to go around the other side to get to the business. It was a line that was just sitting and blocking traffic. I don't know if there needs to be an update with how they get traffic flowing or if the side that comes off of Robert C. Daniel needs to be reopened. It is confusing a little.
First time doing a Chick-fil-A drive thru. Food and service were great, but I am not familiar with the menu and the person taking orders came to my window before I could pull up to the menu. She was very helpful though. Overall, I was surprised how fast the huge line moved and I appreciated that everyone was smiling.
For the last couple of visits, I have been very disappointed with not receiving the original order especially from the app. I understand that this a thrid party but in my most recent visit, I ordered the Cobb Salad with no roasted corn and no tomatoes but instead I get the salad with no egg and no bacon. This has become a habit that must stop. Please read the message and understand that this is how you lose a long time customer with mistakes like this..I live near the Robert C. Daniel Parkway location but I will consider changing to a new location but please take this seriously. I love the service, food and atmosphere but do better with making sure customers get the right order.
ordered a delivery order over an hour ago, they took my money and everything. the app was still saying they were going to prepare my order shortly. i called the restaurant and spoke with someone, he said that he didn’t really know what to say about it and that i could wait another 30+ minutes for my order. i don’t ever complain, and i’ve never had a complaint about chick fil a. but how that was handled so nonchalantly, was gross. do better.
Amazing speed and accuracy but the Kale salad has changed and the person collecting orders was not very helpful. Still the best place to eat though on the run.
